For this residential development in Wattala, the objective was to achieve a world-class architectural finish while solving the critical issue of tropical heat gain. The project required a modern exterior cladding solution that could provide high-end aesthetic appeal while simultaneously acting as a functional barrier against the intense Sri Lankan sun.
We implemented our state-of-the-art metal siding technology across the building's exterior. This precision-engineered system served a dual purpose: providing a sophisticated, multi-textured finish (including the signature red vertical accent) and offering advanced thermal insulation. The metal siding creates a protective envelope that reflects solar radiation and prevents heat from penetrating the structural walls.
