Following a brief meeting with the director on December 1st, we were presented with a singular, high-pressure objective: to completely build out and finish the new office space by the new year. This gave our team exactly 23 days to transform a bare, empty floor plan into a fully operational corporate facility in time for its January 7th opening.
Relying on our undeniable technological edge, we completed the project in just 1/3 of the standard construction time. Within those exact 23 days, our team successfully constructed and installed the reception area, 56 working counters, full office partitions, tables, complete wiring, and plumbing. We also delivered specialized zones including a Director's Room, GM Room, a fully equipped 30-person meeting room with a projector, executive and minor staff cafeterias, and 4 bathrooms.
