Located in the coastal hub of Kollupitiya, Colombo. This rooftop project required a prestigious ceiling finish capable of withstanding constant, 24/7 exposure to harsh sea breezes. The primary challenge was executing a high-end design using materials that would not succumb to the rapid corrosion, warping, or degradation typical of traditional construction in aggressive marine environments.
To counter the saline environment, we deployed our premium, weather-resistant exterior ceiling system. Engineered specifically to resist coastal weathering, these specialized panels provided the client with a sophisticated, dark-wood aesthetic while offering total structural immunity to the salty ocean air and humidity.
